Dr. McDaniel is the founder of Fairlawn Aesthetic MD and The Center For Integrative Health. He graduated from The Ohio State University with honors and the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed his residency training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Matthew McDaniel was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha and is certified by AADEP and ABIHM. He has been in private practice for over 20 years. 

Dr. Forsyth is the owner of Scuplt Inc. and the president of Harmony Healthworks Inc. He graduated from West Chester State University and Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Southern Califonia/Los Angeles County Hospital. Dr. Forsyth is certified by CMRO and CIME and has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. 

Jenna Lee earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Kent State University and brings over 13 years of experience in the Medical Field providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Aesthetics has long been an ambition of hers as a Nurse Practitioner, driven by a desire to help individuals achieve their personal goals through a thoughtful blend of science, artistry, and meticulous attention to detail. Having experienced firsthand how rewarding aesthetic treatments can be—boosting confidence and fostering self-positivity.

Heather has been with Fairlawn Aesthetic MD for nearly 20 years. She is our clinical practice manager and is also involved in daily patient care. She has received certifications in SofWave and CryoTShock. Her calm personality, expertise and experience ensure that your experience from the initial consult to treatment to follow up care is seamless and enjoyable.

Amy Young-Gulu is an Advanced Aesthetician with a passion for results-driven, medical-grade skincare. With extensive training in treatments such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and medical-grade chemical peels, Amy is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care.

She is certified in Reiki, bringing a calming, holistic touch to every service, and is also skilled in lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, and full-body waxing, including brows, underarms, and Brazilian treatments.

Amy specializes in treating sensitive and dehydrated skin, creating customized treatment plans that restore balance, hydration, and glow. Her favorite service, dermaplaning, reflects her love for instantly transformative results—leaving skin smooth, luminous, and refreshed.

Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Amy combines advanced techniques with a soothing experience, ensuring every client feels both cared for and confident in their skin.

Hannah has been part of the Fairlawn Aesthetic MD family for the past 3 years.
She is the friendly face behind the front desk and helps keep the front end of the practice running smoothly—from booking and scheduling appointments to making sure our patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they walk through the door. Hannah brings a bright personality to the office and hopefully makes aesthetic medicine feel a little less intimidating and a lot more fun!
